Nitchugo I Penhold Racket (JP)

I am a beginner to Table Tennis, and this racket has suited my development as a player perfectly! Spin is pretty minimal, and so is speed, but control is superb, and the heavier nature of the blade has helped me in developing the form and footwork necessary to make the most of Japanese Penhold. I've never found myself overwhelmed by this racket, and I've loved improving my play and technique!

The two practice balls are a nice addition, and the finger grooves make this an exceptionally comfortable racket to use. The wooden handle is beautiful to look at, and the cork is soft to the touch. However, a very tiny portion of the cork's edge on the backside was knocked off by my fingernails, so I'd recommend being careful, or putting a square of sponge on the backside for your fingertips.

I personally find C-Pen (and naturally J-Pen :D) much more fun than Shakehand, I hope to upgrade one day, but until then I'll enjoy using the Nitchugo 1!
